Cancellation Policy

01Cancel any time

You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like, with no fee and no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you won't be charged again for that plan.

Press Cancel plan in your account under Plan & usage, or email support@forgecast.in from the address you sign in with. We confirm by email, and a cancellation by email takes effect from the moment we receive it.

02You keep the plan until the period ends

After you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Then your account moves to the Free plan by itself. You can change your mind and re-subscribe at any time before or after that.

Cancelling isn't a refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, you can also ask for your money back: see the Refund Policy.

03What happens after your plan ends

• The desktop app and the website keep working on the Free plan: alerts, live chat, chat actions, sounds and every built-in widget.
• Overlays you made and marketplace items that need a paid plan stay in your library, locked. They unlock again if you upgrade.
• Paid limits go back to the Free ones; nothing over a limit is deleted, but you can't add more until you are under it.
• Beta builds are for Ultimate: the app moves back to the stable build at its next update check.

04Changing plans

Upgrading (Pro to Ultimate) takes effect straight away. We charge the difference for the rest of the current period, or start a new period, and show you which before you pay.

Downgrading (Ultimate to Pro) takes effect at the end of the current period, like a cancellation.

05When we cancel

We may suspend or cancel a plan or an account that breaks the Terms of Service, for example by abusing the API, uploading unlawful content or getting around plan limits. We tell you why by email unless the law or safety stops us. Refunds in that case are covered by the Refund Policy.

If we ever stop offering a paid plan, we give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.

06Closing your account

Cancelling a plan is different from deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time under Settings: it ends any plan straight away and permanently removes your overlays, library and keys. Deleting the account doesn't refund a paid period on its own; ask us first if you are within the refund window.
